We make every effort possible to ensure your items will be produced at their best quality. If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction and the satisfaction of your customers is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace any items that we missed the mark on, if any of the following are the case:
Damaged Product
If the product has a hole, stains, or manufacturing defect.
Placement Issue
If a print is clearly crooked or off-center (>1″).
Incorrect Image
If we printed the wrong image.
Wrong Item Sent
If we send you the wrong garment, color or size.
Ordered Wrong Size
If you ordered wrong size or it did not fit to your satisfaction
We will not process returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for the following:
- If you made an error in the address. Packages returned to us can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment.
- Products that have been worn, emit an odor, and/or are not in their original condition.
- Orders which have been delivered for longer than a 14-day period. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please follow these instructions for an exchange or a refund:
1. Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is print size, please use a ruler.
2. Send an email with the subject line PROBLEM Order “YourOrderNumber” to adventurial@gmail.com .
3. Please include the following:
- The photo(s) of the item
- A specific description of the issue and if you want an exchange or a refund
- The Order Number and customer name
- If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue
Our support team will respond within 1-3 business days.
Exchange:
Once your exchange request has been approved, you will need to ship your item(s) to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will send you the exchange item.
Refund:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty days. Please keep in mind that the refund will be only for the cost of the merchandise, as shipping costs are non-refundable.
